To Secure a Spot in the PicPay Course, No Prior Knowledge in the Area Is Required
PicPay, the payment app, has teamed up with the digital school Kenzie Academy to offer 50,000 spots in an introductory programming course. No prior knowledge in programming is required to apply for the course. The programming field is considered one of the most promising in the job market and often lacks enough professionals to fill the job vacancies available.

The PicPay Course
In the PicPay course, students who applied for the spots will develop a professional project from scratch, which can later be used as a portfolio. Everyone participating in the classes will receive a certificate. The course will run from February 21 to April 24 at 7 PM.
At the end of the course, individuals with disabilities (PCD), women, Black individuals, and LGBTQIA+ individuals will compete for three scholarships of R$ 5,000 in PicPay wallet funds, in order to encourage enrollment at Kenzie Academy. PicPay’s intention with this initiative is to promote diversity.
