Baru Offshore is part of the same group, Intertug, a leading tugboat service company operating in Colombia, Honduras, Jamaica, the Caribbean in general, and Mexico. The group operates a fleet of over 40 vessels including tugs, PSVs, AHTS, FSVs, among others.
Operations and Maintenance Manager for FSV Vessels
Requirements: experience in the role in oil and gas sector companies; degree in engineering, nautical sciences, or related areas; fluent in English; experience in operational planning and management tools; experience in ship chartering activities; solid experience in management and development of people; solid knowledge of maritime and port activities; strong experience in the specific and/or similar role.
Human Resources Analyst
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in maritime (Offshore) and administrative recruitment and selection; mastery of maritime certification.
