“Transforme-se” Program Offers Training in Programming for Low-Income Youth in Brasília, Recife, and the East Zone of São Paulo
If you live in Brasília, Recife, or the east zone of São Paulo and are between 18 and 29 years old, pay attention: applications are open for technology scholarships from SERASA, through the Transforme-se program. The initiative is aimed at low-income youth who study or have completed high school at public schools.
The course is completely free and focused on website and app programming, with educational support from Senac, a national reference in vocational training.
How SERASA Technology Scholarships Work
The SERASA technology scholarships are 100% free and aim to train new talents for the technology sector, one of the areas with the highest demand for professionals in Brazil.

Senai launches an unprecedented program with Petrobras and opens 2,000 spots in free courses with recognized certification, a monthly allowance of R$ 600, and training for industrial professions that continue hiring across the country.

Petrobras and SENAI open 480 spots in free technical courses with a scholarship of up to R$ 858, meal allowance, and training in Mechanics, Welding, Metallurgy, and Industrial Automation to meet the growing demand of the industry and the oil and gas sector.

Take a technical course at the Federal Institute: there are over 950 open spots in free technical courses in Logistics, Mechanics, Baking, Building Construction, and Renewable Energy Systems at IFPI.
