Smart Investment: Bradesco Asset Presents BINCII Fund for Infrastructure with Monthly Dividends.
At the end of September, Bradesco Asset will start listing its latest infrastructure fund, BINCII. The announcement is part of a series of presentations made since the beginning of the month, known as road shows, which highlight the main features and strategies of the new product. This fund promises to attract investments from those interested in diversifying their portfolios with infrastructure assets, offering liquidity, monthly dividend payments, and significant tax advantages.
Diversification and Broad Sectors
BINCII has been structured to include a wide range of infrastructure assets. The sectors covered include: energy (both generation and transmission), sanitation, roads, port terminals, and airports.
The fund will invest in projects at different stages of development, from pre-operational to operational phases, ensuring a predictable cash profile and participation from stakeholders with a solid track record of execution.

Fernando Pairol, Commercial Superintendent of Bradesco Asset, comments that the popularity of infrastructure funds has increased due to recent changes in the taxation of assets.
These changes, promoted by the National Monetary Council (CMN), have led investors to rethink their strategies and explore new opportunities.
Accessibility and Benefits of BINCII
The BINCII fund stands out not only for the diversification of investments, but also for its accessibility.
With an initial ticket of just R$ 100, the fund is designed to attract a large number of investors.
Bradesco Asset estimates that the total offer may reach R$ 500 million, including an additional lot that may be made available.
In the retail market, the fund will be distributed by Ágora, the brokerage of Banco Bradesco. However, Bradesco Asset plans to make the product available on other platforms, expanding its reach.
Among the main attractions are the monthly dividend payment and the exemption from Income Tax on these dividends and potential capital gains.
Additionally, the fund’s liquidity will be ensured through trading in the secondary market of the stock exchange, with the presence of a market maker.
Expertise and Active Management of Bradesco
Bradesco Asset is known for its active approach in fund management, a strategy that has proven effective.
BINCII is no exception, combining active management with detailed analysis of assets through the curation of the private credit desk of the manager.
Pairol emphasizes that the fund uses a mix of active management and rigorous analysis, with its own rating that helps price risks and ensure the quality of investments.
In 2023, Bradesco Asset traded over R$ 22 billion in the secondary market, surpassing the R$ 15 billion traded in 2022.
For 2024, the expectation is to move R$ 26 billion. Victor Tofolo, private credit manager at Bradesco Asset, emphasizes the importance of active management and rigorous internal analysis that sets the manager apart in the market.
Innovation at Bradesco
Bradesco Asset has also shown continuous innovation, being one of the pioneers in launching closed-end funds of incentivized debentures in 2013.
Recently, the manager hired specialists in project finance and structured products, strengthening its management and innovation capabilities.
Currently, Bradesco Asset Management manages R$ 857 billion, with R$ 326 billion solely in the credit area.
These figures solidify Bradesco Asset’s position as one of the leaders in the Brazilian market and highlight its significant contribution to the growth of the asset management industry in the country.
