Bugatti, a brand known worldwide for its high-speed supercars and exceptional design, is entering new territory with the construction of a skyscraper in Dubai. This project promises to be the epitome of luxury and innovation, elevating the standard of urban living to new heights. Not to mention the elevators that will take cars to your apartments.

In a surprising move, Bugatti, known for its excellence in automotive sector, announced in May 2023 that it is venturing into the world of real estate development with construction of an impressive 42-story skyscraper in Dubai. This project, entitled “Bugatti Residences”, marks the French brand's first foray into the residential property sector, bringing with it the prestige and sophistication already associated with its vehicles.

Located in Business Bay, Dubai's financial center, the construction of the Bugatti skyscraper promises to be a marvel of modern architecture. The collaboration with Dubai-based developer Binghatti is a testament to Bugatti's ambition and commitment to transcending the boundaries of luxury. This project represents a fusion of craftsmanship, excellent design and a dedication to creating exceptional living spaces that mirror Bugatti's legacy of perfection.

The tower will have 171 apartments, called “Riviera Mansions“, and 11 luxurious penthouses called “Sky Mansion“. The latter, located at the top of the tower, offer an unparalleled living experience with starting prices that exceed 200 million dollars, establishing themselves as some of the most expensive properties in the world. One of the most notable features of this skyscraper is the inclusion of two car elevators from the ground floor to the penthouses, allowing residents to enjoy an unprecedented level of convenience and extravagance.

The tower will be equipped with a host of opulent amenities, including a rooftop swimming pool, offering panoramic views and a tranquil retreat above the bustling cityscape. And of course, residents will have access to a private spa, a members-only club and a private beach inspired by French Riviera , providing a picturesque and serene escape.

The construction of this project represents a growing trend among luxury car brands such as Bentley and Aston Martin, which are also venturing into exclusive real estate developments. Bugatti is defining a new path where luxury and architecture merge perfectly, redefining the concept of luxury living.

Thus, “Bugatti Residences” is a statement of luxury, innovation and an exclusive lifestyle. With its Bugatti heritage-inspired design and array of luxury amenities, the skyscraper is poised to offer an unparalleled living experience, redefining the concept of high-end living.
