The company Raízen, of the Shell brand, has openings for electrician, boilermaker, instrument technician, and operator on this April 15th. The positions are for professionals with high school, technical, and higher education.

Senior Boilermaker

  • Manufacture, install and repair parts, equipment, piping, and structures;
  • Read and interpret drawings;
  • Operate rolls, shears, and oxygen cutting machines;
  • Perform measurements, development, and layout calculations for parts;
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.

Senior Instrument Technician

  • Ability to transfer knowledge.
  • Repairs and maintenance of electrical, electronic, and pneumatic instrumentation, automation, and IT circuits.
  • Calibration of certified equipment, maintenance, and calibration of positioners, transmitters, and control valves.
  • Process analysis, maintenance of controls interlocks, control loops testing.
  • Design of pneumatic circuits, basic maintenance in communication networks and PLC systems, maintenance of power electrical installations.

Extraction Operator I

  • Conduct inspections/check-lists of grinding assets (reception, preparation, and grinding of sugarcane);
  • Basic knowledge of grinding lubrication (greases and oils used, levels, replenishment, good handling and storage practices);
  • Basic understanding of Preparation and Grinding goals (extraction, moisture, open cell, availability);
  • Assist with cleaning, organizing, painting, and occasionally in the assembly/disassembly of grinding components;
  • Support specific maintenance teams according to the Off-Season schedule (disassembly/maintenance/assembly of metal belt, canvas belts, sugarcane preparation, suites);

Machine Operator III

  • Carry out operations with forklifts and other machines, executing various types of activities as needed, following received instructions and the equipment’s capacity.
  • Use appropriate implements for each type of operation being performed.
  • Ensure the preservation and maintenance of the machine.
  • Fill out daily machine reports and activity spreadsheets.
  • Interface with inventory control and invoices.

Automotive Maintenance Electrician

  • Maintenance of agricultural equipment;
  • Commitment to safety, health, and the environment;
  • Increase in equipment failure time aimed at reducing costs;
  • Increase in the physical availability of equipment;
  • Discipline in tracking work hours of the employee day-to-day;
  • Discipline in tracking the stock of materials from the workshop truck and the stock of parts taken from the warehouse.
