Asian Giant Wants More than Just Buying: Goal is to Also Dominate Production with New Genetic Technologies, GMOs, and Even Artificial Intelligence

Brazil, the World’s Largest Soybean Producer, is about to experience a new era in the agricultural sector. This is because China, which until now has acted as one of the main buyers of Brazilian soy, wants to go further: the time has come to also influence and provide technologies in national production.

The movement is strategic. Instead of relying solely on Western suppliers and paying high royalties for seeds and genetic technologies, the Chinese aim for end-to-end control of the production chain. The message is clear: China wants to plant, harvest, and transform Brazilian soy with its own biotechnological DNA.

Technology, Genetics, and Artificial Intelligence in the Field – Soy has Changed

The Chinese entry is not timid. Researchers at the Yazhouwan government laboratory on Hainan Island are developing new varieties of soy and corn focused on high yield, pest resistance, and quality demanded by the Chinese market. The initiative goes beyond Brazil: it includes projects for adaptation in tropical countries, Central America, and even Africa.

With a growing demand — 120 million tons per year — and local production covering only 20 million, China is in a hurry. The goal is clear: increase domestic production by at least 15% by 2030, but also gain ground in countries that already dominate the sector. And Brazil is the main one.

Tools such as genomic selection, transgenesis, genetic editing, and the use of artificial intelligence to model new pest-resistant proteins are already a reality in Chinese laboratories. The focus now is on herbicide-tolerant varieties and resistance to devastating diseases like Asian rust.

Chinese Companies Already on Brazilian Soil

An example of the progress is DBN, a young company that has been operating in Brazil for four years. The company plans to dominate 30% of the Brazilian soybean biotechnology market in just a decade. The strategy? Partnerships with industry giants, such as the Argentine GDM, and heavy investment in research and development in Brazil.

Besides DBN, LongPing, one of the largest seed companies in China, is also developing cultivars for Brazilian soil. And all this is happening while the Chinese market is beginning to allow the cultivation of GMOs, but with one rule: only with seeds created by local companies.

Brazil Needs to Hurry or Will Fall Behind

As the Chinese advance rapidly, the alert comes from Embrapa itself: Brazil may be losing the technological race. Other countries are already developing soybean varieties with high oleic acid content — a type of oil that is 70% less polluting than traditional oil and even comparable to olive oil in nutritional value.

With increasing demand and technological advancement, the Chinese are now looking in all directions: from the Brazilian savanna to the African savanna. China wants to ensure supply, reduce costs, and expand control over global soy — and Brazil is at the center of this revolution.

Get Ready: The Competition for the Next Generation of Soy has Already Started. And It Will Be Fought in Laboratories, Fields, and Algorithms.

.
*
⚠️ O silêncio da mídia e da elite globalista é ****mplice. Isso não é teoria da conspiração. É estratégia declarada do PCC.
*
