Challenge for Winning Companies
This year, LAQI, which conducts the Brazil Quality Summit 2022, developed a special action for the winning companies. To stay updated, they must participate in the “Challenge 2022: ESG – The Sustainability Revolution.”
For those who are not familiar, ESG is an acronym that comes from the English “Environmental, Social & Governance.” These are business practices that concern environmental criteria, social issues, and standards of excellent corporate governance.
The intention is for companies to assist in sustainable activities and promote a better world by 2030, incorporating Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) fostered by the United Nations (UN) into their management.
The theme was also presented to participants during the ceremony through lectures, prior to the awards.
