Until the end of 2022, the startup Arquivei plans to increase its team from 281 employees to 400 hired, and to this end, it has already opened new job vacancies

After the fundraising round that raised an investment of R$ 260 million, the startup Arquivei, which manages tax documents, intends to start the year 2022 by increasing its team of employees, and for that, it has already made new job vacancies available. The round was led by Riverwood Capital, followed by funds such as International Finance Corporation (IFC), Constellation, NXTP, and Endeavor Catalyst.

With the goal of surpassing 281 employees to finish the year 2022 with more than 400 permanent employees, the startup has already started hiring. For the first quarter of this year, a total of 70 job vacancies are already open.

The startup operates in the form of squads, having multidisciplinary teams that have autonomy, in addition to offering the option to work in a hybrid manner. According to Christian de Cico, the executive director of Arquivei, the startup’s investment is in the organization’s culture, individuals, the power of data, and technology.

Product Data Analyst

Job vacancy available for candidates who have completed high school and have skills for analysis, interpretation, and communication about data, in addition to familiarity with data preparation/visualization tools (e.g., Datastudio / Tableau / Power BI). Job responsibilities include project planning and actions and analyzing usage and consumption profiles for the market, competitors, and analytical explorations, qualitative analyses, and preliminary studies.

Data Engineer

Job vacancy available for interested candidates with experience in functional languages, data pipelines (streaming and batch), frameworks for massive data processing (e.g., Apache Beam, Apache Spark). The hire will be responsible for building and maintaining the operation of data streams that process tax documents, as well as defining and implementing scalable data processing architectures.

Mid-Level Business Analyst

Job vacancy available for graduates in exact sciences or business, who have experience with programming language and Data Studio and intermediate English. Responsibilities include providing data and analyses for managers, with the goal of aiding decision-making; and creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Data Studios, and Big Query.
