Have You Heard About the My Company App? It Is About to Become an Even More Valuable Tool for Small Business Owners in Rio Grande do Sul.
By the end of the year, this app developed by the State Revenue (RE) and the State Information and Communication Technology Center (Procergs) will gain two new features that promise to transform the way entrepreneurs manage their businesses.
More Access, More Information
The first change is something that users have been waiting for: authorization for third-party use. Until now, access to the app was restricted to people with a CPF linked to the CNPJ of the company.
This meant that only owners and partners could log in and view information relevant to the business. With this update, other employees and even external service providers, such as accountants, will be able to access the app. This makes life easier for everyone, especially when considering that the financial management of many companies is often outsourced.

Simplifying Taxation
The second feature is aimed at tax issues. The app will incorporate a tool that assists with the Simple National Tax Collection Document Generator Program (PGDAS).
The document is crucial for companies that are part of this taxation system. The resource will allow the creation of a kind of “pre-filled declaration,” facilitating tax calculations and increasing security when keeping everything in order with the Simple National.
What Experts Say
Rachel Krug Einsfeld, head of the Relationship and Services Division at the Revenue Service, emphasizes that the new features aim to further ease the lives of entrepreneurs.
Not only that, but the update will also be among the topics discussed at the next meeting of the Council of Good Tax Practices, highlighting how important these changes are for the business environment in Rio Grande do Sul.
The Expansion of the App
Launched just four months ago, My Company already has over 2,100 downloads and 740 registered companies (Android and iOS). The State Revenue estimates that up to 200,000 companies in Rio Grande do Sul could benefit from this tool.

Therefore, the team from Procergs and RE is committed to bringing this information to as many business owners as possible.
