The Stages of the Selection Process Are:
- Registration + online assessment via Pandapé
- Online Tests of Logical Reasoning, Portuguese, and English
- Oral English Test
- CBO Experience: Getting to Know the Company + Group Dynamics (in-person)
- Panel with Managers
- Final Stage: Interview with the President and Directors (in-person)
The finalists will receive targeted feedback for career development.
Who Can Apply for CBO Engineering Trainee Positions
- Complete Higher Education Between December 2017 and December 2019;
- Courses: Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Automation and Control Engineering;
- Areas of Interest: Naval Operations;
- Post-Graduation and/or MBA (courses related to the business and shipbuilding industry will be a differential);
- Willingness to relocate and national mobility (not just during the program).
