According to the document released, the proposal covers a service to complement the Executive Project, Civil Construction, Electromechanical Assembly, Interconnections, Commissioning with the supply of goods and Tests for the Emergency Combat Water Network in the administrative and industrial area of GasLub.

The completion of Gaslub's RACE (combat water network unit) aims to meet the project for the Natural Gas Processing Unit (UPGN) of the Route 3 gas pipeline, which is currently under construction.
Petrobras has announced new alternatives for Comperj. One of them would be the construction of a lubricant processing plant and the other would be the possibility of developing a thermal plant in partnership with other investors to generate energy from the pre-salt gas processed at GasLub.

O Project Integrated Route 3 will provide the third outflow route for pre-salt natural gas, it is expected to be completed in 2021. The project comprises the Natural Gas Processing Unit (UPGN) that will have the capacity to process up to 21 million m³ per day.
In addition to the UPGN, the project includes the construction of a gas pipeline with a total length of approximately 355 km, with 307 km of maritime stretch – already built – and 48 km of land stretch, which is under construction, and will flow the natural gas from the Santos Basin Pre-Salt Pole to the UPGN.
