The selection process attracts candidates from all over the country and offers above-average remuneration, with stability and benefits expected in the public service
The Federal Public Ministry has published the notice for the 31st Public Competition for the Provision of Public Prosecutor Positions. The competition offers 58 vacancies, with a starting salary of R$39,7 thousand. Applications are open until next Tuesday (22).
The vacancies follow reservation criteria. Of the total, 10% are for people with disabilities, 5% for indigenous people and 20% for black people. The opportunities require a degree in Law and three years of proven legal activity after the bachelor's degree.
To register, you must access the official registration website and log in with a Gov.br account with Silver or Gold level.

The process also requires two-factor authentication. After logging in, the candidate fills out the form, sends an identification document and generates the GRU in the amount of R$250. After payment, an email confirms the registration.
The deadline for fee exemption ended on April 2nd.
The selection process consists of several stages. The objective tests will take place on June 29, 2025. The subjective tests are scheduled for October 5-7, 2025. The oral tests will be held between April 13-17, 2026. The results are expected to be announced on April 30, 2026.
In addition to the assessments, the public selection process considers scores based on qualifications. Among the criteria considered are academic publications, postgraduate courses and previous experience in public service.
