Selection Process Appeals Candidates From Across The Country And Offers Above-Average Salary, With Job Security And Benefits Foreseen In Public Service

The Federal Public Ministry published the announcement for the 31st Public Competition for Filling Positions of Federal Prosecutor. The exam offers 58 vacancies, with an initial salary of R$ 39.7 thousand. Applications are open until next Tuesday (22).

The vacancies follow reservation criteria. Of the total, 10% are for people with disabilities, 5% for indigenous people, and 20% for black people. The opportunities require a degree in Law and three years of proven legal activity after graduation.

To apply, it is necessary to access the official application website and log in with a Gov.br account at Silver or Gold level.

The process also requires two-factor authentication. After logging in, the candidate fills out the form, submits an identification document, and generates the GRU in the amount of R$ 250. After payment, an email confirms the application.

The deadline for fee exemption ended on April 2nd.

The selection consists of several stages. The objective tests will take place on June 29, 2025. The subjective tests are scheduled for the period from October 5 to 7, 2025. The oral tests will be held between April 13 and 17, 2026. The results are expected on April 30, 2026.

In addition to the evaluations, the public competition considers points for titles. Among the criteria considered are academic publications, postgraduate courses, and previous experience in public service.

The exam is one of the main entry points for the career of Federal Prosecutor, being recognized for its high competition and technical requirements. The salary attracts candidates from across the country. Applications must be made exclusively online until the deadline.
