Announcement Made by the Official Human Resources Department of Constellation is for the Positions of Deckhand, Engine Room Hand, Foreman, and Coastal Master
Great opportunities for Mariners have just been announced this morning of October 10th by Constellation Oil Services’ HR.
The demand for maritime professionals is aligned with the company’s recent actions, which two days ago, announced the reactivation of the Gold Star Rig to fulfill contracts with Petrobras.
Constellation (formerly Queiroz Galvão Oil and Gas) has a fleet composed of eight offshore drilling rigs and is a service provider for drilling land and offshore wells and platform operations,

The Gold Star rig is the first in a queue of three semisubmersible rigs that will begin their contracts with Petrobras.
In July of this year, Petrobras granted contract renewals for 3 offshore rigs from Constellation, which are the Alpha Star, Gold Star, and Lone Star rigs, and the new contract with the Petrobras will take effect in January 2020.
The units, Alpha Star and Gold Star, are semisubmersible drilling platforms in ultradeep waters, capable of drilling at depths of up to 9,000 feet. The Lone Star, on the other hand, is capable of drilling at depths of up to 7,900 feet.
