FG’s Project Envisions 81-Story Building and 520 Suites on a 3.9 Thousand Square Meter Lot on Central Avenue, Estimated at R$ 143 Million.
Famous for redefining the horizons of civil construction in Brazil, the FG construction company has just put another new skyscraper in Balneário Camboriú in the works. With the grandeur already characteristic of its projects, the company submitted a request to the city hall to erect an 81-story building on a 3.9 thousand square meter lot located on Central Avenue, at the corner of Rua 600 and Rua 500. This is not just any building – we are talking about a “supertall,” over 300 meters tall, a new landmark for the already iconic landscape of the city.
New Luxury Project with New Skyscraper in Balneário Camboriú
The new skyscraper in Balneário Camboriú, internally referred to as Central Tower, will have a built area of 51.3 thousand square meters, including 130 high-end apartments and an impressive 520 suites. FG, which is already synonymous with sophistication and innovation in the real estate market, also plans three basement levels with 350 parking spaces, as well as a complete leisure infrastructure with a gym and common areas. On the ground floor, the building will have 32 commercial units, offering a blend of housing and commerce at a single address.
Heavy Investment and High Expectations
If construction were to start now, the initial cost would be estimated at R$ 143 million, according to the basic unit cost (CUB) of Balneário Camboriú for July. However, this value is likely to rise, as the project is still in its preliminary phase and may undergo changes during the preparation of the definitive studies, as often happens with projects of this magnitude. The expectation is that the new skyscraper in Balneário Camboriú will keep FG at the forefront when it comes to building luxury and super tall buildings.

The construction company is not stopping there. Recently, the company announced another colossus at 500 meters tall, with an investment of R$ 3 billion, in tribute to the icon Ayrton Senna. Clearly, FG is not just building buildings; it is elevating the standards of Brazilian architecture to new heights.
Balneário Camboriú: The City of Skyscrapers
Balneário Camboriú is already known for housing some of the tallest buildings in Brazil. The list includes the Yachthouse by Pininfarina towers, at 294 meters, and the One Tower, at 290 meters, placing the city in the spotlight of the luxury real estate market. FG’s new project, like other buildings by the construction company, will further contribute to transforming the city’s skyline into one of the most impressive in the world.
With each launch, FG reaffirms its position as one of the leaders in the luxury market, and the new skyscraper in Balneário Camboriú is further proof that the city continues to be a hub of significant investments and opportunities in the real estate sector.
With FG raising the bar of luxury and innovation with this new skyscraper in Balneário Camboriú, is the city ready to handle the impact that these concrete giants will bring to the daily lives of residents and the local real estate market?
