RJ is set to be highlighted by major global oil companies, mainly Total, which have taken advantage of favorable government measures since the administration of former president Temer and maintained by Bolsonaro, from the perspective of market opening. After announcing yesterday (03) a large contract for the installation and pre-commissioning of Flexible Pipelines with Subsea 7, the French company said operations would begin immediately in Rio de Janeiro.
