According to data collected by Gupy, a recruitment company, the market has advanced in age diversity in companies in the first half of 2021.
In this time frame, 10% of job openings posted by Gupy were filled by professionals aged 40 to 50 – even though it may seem a small percentage – this number represents a 217% increase in hires of professionals aged 40 and older.
