The State University of Feira de Santana (UEFS) Registration closes on December 23rd for the free course of the postgraduate program in territorial planning (PLANTERR). The training addresses fundamental issues related to urban planning, public policies and social participation.
Distribution of vacancies and inclusion policies
There are 18 vacancies available for the free master's course, 11 for Urban-Regional and Environmental Planning and 7 for Public Policies and Social Participation. The notice ensures quotas of 50% for historically excluded groups, including black people, indigenous people, quilombolas, gypsies, trans people and people with disabilities. There are specific vacancies for employees of the State University-UEFS and the Secretariat of Rural Development of Bahia.
Selection process and evaluation criteria
The selection process for the free master's course will be divided into three stages:
- Analysis of the Research Preliminary Project (eliminatory) – Technical evaluation of the proposal presented by the candidate.
- Interview (eliminatory) – Discussion of academic and professional trajectory, in addition to the content of the preliminary project.
- Foreign Language Test (qualifying) – With English or Spanish options, available the ability to read and interpret technical texts.
Each stage will be scored, and the final average will determine the candidates' classification.

Requirements and registration
Professionals with a higher education degree recognized by the MEC and who meet the documentary evidence criteria required in the notice may participate. Availability for in-person activities and submission of documents, such as ID, CPF and Lattes CV, in digital format is required.
