The city of Guarujá, in partnership with the Government of the State of São Paulo, launched a selection process for free undergraduate courses in the online (EAD) mode. The initiative is promoted by the Virtual University of the State of São Paulo (Univesp) and offers 81 slots in different academic areas.
Available Courses and Areas of Study
The free online (EAD) courses offered are divided into three academic axes: Teaching Degree, Computing, and Business & Production. In the Teaching Degree axis, there are options in Language, Mathematics, and Pedagogy. For those seeking training in the Computing area, courses in Data Science, Computer Engineering, and Information Technology are available. The Business and Production axis includes courses in Administration, Production Engineering, and Technology in Managerial Processes. All undergraduate courses are conducted remotely, with in-person support at the educational center in the city.
Selection Process and Exam Administration
To participate in the undergraduate program, candidates must have completed high school and pay the registration fee. After the registration phase, the organization of the entrance exam will announce the locations for the in-person exams in May. The Univesp educational center in Guarujá is located at the Municipal Library Geraldo Ferraz, located at Rua Ceará, s/n, in Vicente de Carvalho.
