Udesc Offers 664 Spots in Free In-Person and Online (EAD) Undergraduate Courses for Various Fields. Secure Your Spot!
The State University of Santa Catarina (Udesc) announced the opening of 664 free spots in 54 undergraduate courses, available through the Selection Process based on High School Transcripts.
The selection is aimed at candidates who have completed High School or an equivalent course and is conducted through the analysis of their overall final average upon completion.
How Does the Selection Process Work?
The selection process via academic transcripts is for candidates who have completed High School or an equivalent. The selection will be based on the final average obtained upon completing High School.

Senai launches an unprecedented program with Petrobras and opens 2,000 spots in free courses with recognized certification, a monthly allowance of R$ 600, and training for industrial professions that continue hiring across the country.

Petrobras and SENAI open 480 spots in free technical courses with a scholarship of up to R$ 858, meal allowance, and training in Mechanics, Welding, Metallurgy, and Industrial Automation to meet the growing demand of the industry and the oil and gas sector.

Electricians School begins a new phase of training with 600 spots for a free technical course at Senai and strengthens the connection between professional education, technological innovation, and concrete opportunities for market entry.
Of the total spots, 50 courses are in-person and 4 are online (EAD), distributed across 13 university centers located in various cities in Santa Catarina.
Distribution of Spots and Affirmative Actions
All applicants automatically enroll in the general admission category but may also opt for the Affirmative Action Program (PAA) if they meet the criteria established in the notice.
- 20% of the spots: High School completed entirely at public institutions.
- 10% of the spots: Afro-Brazilian and mixed-race candidates.
- 5% of the spots: People with disabilities (PWD).
This policy aims to expand access to higher education and ensure equal opportunities for different social groups.
