The State University of Santa Catarina (Udesc) announced the opening of 664 free places in 54 undergraduate courses, available through the Admission process by the High School Academic Record.
The selection is aimed at candidates who have already completed high school, or an equivalent course, and is made by analyzing the overall final average of their completion.
How does the selection process work?
The selection process via academic transcripts is intended for candidates who have already completed high school or equivalent. Selection will be based on the final grade obtained upon completion of high school.

Of the total number of vacancies, 50 courses are in-person and 4 are online (EAD), distributed across 13 university centers spread across several cities in Santa Catarina.
Distribution of vacancies and affirmative actions
All applicants automatically enroll in the open competition modality, but they can also opt for the Affirmative Action Program (PAA), if they meet the criteria established in the notice.
- 20% of vacancies: High School completed entirely in public institutions.
- 10% of vacancies: Black and brown candidates.
- 5% of vacancies: People with disabilities (PCD).
This policy aims to expand access to higher education and ensure equal opportunities for different social groups.
