Announced by the federal government with a duration of 90 days, Desenrola 2.0 foresees the renegotiation of approximately R$ 53 billion in debts, discounts of up to 90%, reduced interest rates, and new conditions for families, students, MEIs, micro-enterprises, small businesses, and the rural sector.
The federal government announced on Monday (4) Desenrola 2.0, a 90-day program aimed at renegotiating approximately R$ 53 billion in debts for families, students, and companies of different CNPJs. The initiative foresees discounts of up to 90%, reduced interest rates, and the use of FGTS as a source to settle family debts.
The new phase also seeks to expand access to credit for micro and small businesses and for the rural sector. The expectation is to benefit more than 2 million CNPJs during the validity period, with a reduction in financial cost and improvement in cash flow.

Among the foreseen changes are the extension of the grace period from 12 to 24 months and the increase of the total payment term from 72 to 96 months. The default credit period will also increase from 14 to 90 days.
The credit limit will be extended from 30% to 50% of revenue. In the case of women-led companies, this percentage may reach 60%, according to the rules announced for the program.
Small businesses will have a higher limit in Pronampe
Small businesses that joined Pronampe and have an annual revenue of up to R$ 4.8 million will also be covered by Desenrola 2.0. For this group, the grace period will also increase from 12 to 24 months.
The total payment term will be extended from 72 to 96 months, while the default credit period will increase from 14 to 90 days. The total credit limit will increase from R$ 250 thousand to R$ 500 thousand.
The measure aims to improve the quality of corporate indebtedness and create conditions for the continuity of activities. Debts of up to R$ 100 that are settled will immediately result in a clean credit record.
Rural sector, families, and students also join the program
In the rural sector, debtors will have an extension in the debt renegotiation period until December 20, 2026. The expectation is that 800 thousand companies will benefit from this front of the program.
In addition to Desenrola Empresas and Rural, the program will focus on individuals with incomes up to five minimum wages, equivalent to R$ 8,105. Students with Fies debts were also included among the target audiences.
These segments will have their own rules, parallel to the lines aimed at companies. Thus, Desenrola 2.0 brings together measures for families, students, micro and small businesses, and the rural sector within the same renegotiation package.
