Revitalization of Mature Fields Promises to Generate Investments and More Jobs
The visit took place as part of PROMAR (Program for Revitalization and Incentive for the Production of Maritime Fields). This program was initiated by the federal government through MME, with the aim of creating conditions to extend the life of mature fields, improve oil and gas production, increase investments in exploration and production, and generate more jobs.
Patrick Garo, General Manager of Trident Energy in Brazil, commented, “It was great to showcase the tremendous progress and improvements we’ve made in just over a year of operation. Thank you for the visit, and congratulations to the team involved in ensuring everyone had a safe and informative visit. Fantastic team effort.“
Within the framework of PROMAR, several discussions are ongoing, and the 2nd Workshop took place on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, with significant participation from Trident Energy. “It is always especially good to discuss ways to stimulate the revitalization of mature fields, attract investments, improve the business environment, and, above all, create jobs,” commented Fabricio Zaluski, Legal Chief of Trident Energy in Brazil.
