Electrician – Automotive
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Driver’s license B
- Extensive knowledge in automotive electrical systems (trucks, tractors, harvesters, and transfers)
- Experience in SSMA culture is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years in automotive maintenance for heavy vehicles (trucks, tractors, harvesters, and transfers)
Activities: Responsible for corrective electrical maintenance and adhering to maintenance schedules (trucks, tractors, harvesters, and transfers). Follow health procedures.
Senior Mechanic – Automotive
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Desirable driver’s license C or D
- Extensive knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems for heavy machinery (tractors, harvesters, and transfers)
- Extensive knowledge in automotive electrical systems, welding, and boiler making
- Experience in SSMA culture is a plus
- Adherence to safety standards and operational maintenance procedures
- Minimum of 2 years experience in mechanized harvesting
Activities: Responsible for corrective maintenance and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules for harvesters, tractors, and transfers during organized harvesting.
Supervisor – Industrial Production
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering and 7 years of experience in the sugar-energy sector.
Knowledge
- Operation and maintenance in the juice extraction area with Bosch modulating diffusers; maintenance, lubrication, and triangulation of the mill
- Assembly and disassembly of cane tables and packs, knives and hammers
- Adjustment of defibrillator plates
- Conveyor belts (belts, ladles, etc.)
- Knowledge of safety regulations NR’s
- Basic SAP
Activities: Responsible for monitoring the execution of production and maintenance programs in the extraction sector, aiming to improve performance, quality, and costs; supervising team activities and sizing the workforce during operational shifts for reception and extraction; participating in the creation and updating of quality system documents related to their area of operation, among others.
