Under general supervision, conducts internal audits of simple and complex programs, as designated. Prepares audit reports for review by the supervisor and assists the supervisor in compiling and analyzing internal audit data. Serves as an auditor on various assignments and audit teams, as designated by management.

- Plan, prepare, execute, and monitor internal audits.
- Schedule and plan internal audits with the involved units.
- Evaluate documentation.
- Conduct internal audits at the unit (occasionally as lead auditor).
- Document best practices, non-conformities, and recommendations.
