Eneva has 180 days to present the development plan for the area to the regulatory agency. Campo Gavião Carijó has an estimated volume, Pmean, of gas-in-place (VGIP) of 3.04 billion m3.
The declaration increased the company’s shares, reaching a trading price of R$ 42.16 on Thursday, representing a 2.70% rise.
Eneva announced last week the issuance of debentures worth R$650 million to subsidize investments in Parque dos Gaviôes, in the Parnaíba Basin.
In a statement, Eneva reported that the credit bonds worth one thousand reais with an 8-year term will be publicly offered for restricted distribution, in accordance with a firm placement guarantee regime, aiming to attract professional investors.
The company also informed that the final yield charge of the bonds will be defined later during the intention collection procedure with potential investors.
