There are plenty of opportunities, but there is a lack of qualified professionals to fill the roles. A study conducted by Google For Startups in partnership with the Brazilian Association of Startups (Abstartups) reveals that the Country will have a deficit of 530,000 IT professionals by 2025.
According to the report, 53,000 professionals will graduate each year between 2021 and 2025, but the demand for new talent during this period will be 800,000, according to the Brazilian Information Technology Association (Brasscom). This impasse affects the growth of the sector and hinders the development of the country.
