Romagnole Opens Production Facility in Paraná, Promising Over 600 Jobs by 2027. With an Investment of R$ 80 Million, the Expansion Aims to Double the Factory’s Production Capacity.
In an initiative aimed at generating new jobs and expanding its operations, renowned Romagnole inaugurated the first phase of its modern production facility last Wednesday, (01/03), in the city of Mandaguari, located 40 kilometers from Maringá, Paraná. Specializing in the manufacture of products for industrial electrical installations, generation, transmission, and distribution of energy, Romagnole has established the new factory with over 15,000 m² of built area on a plot of 128,000 m².
Over 600 Job Opportunities Expected by 2027 in New Factory
Romagnole’s outlook is that, with this factory, more than 600 job opportunities will be generated by 2027, benefiting both the residents of Mandaguari and those from surrounding regions, including Maringá, in the state of Paraná.
The significant investment of R$ 80 million in the new production facility aims to double production capacity, focusing on electro-technical hardware, structures for solar energy generation, skids, and energy entry cabinets.

This performance places Romagnole in a prominent position in the rankings of the largest Brazilian companies, as reported by specialized outlets such as Valor Econômico and Revista Amanhã.
Romagnole Among the Best Companies in the Electro-Electronic Sector
In the electro-electronic segment, Romagnole achieved 11th place among the best companies in the country and 5th in the southern region in 2023.
This achievement is attributed to the ongoing commitment to staff training, infrastructure expansion, investments in technology, launching new product lines, and exploring new markets in Brazil and abroad.
The president of the Group, Alexandre Romagnole, emphasizes: “We are growing in a structured way, ensuring the sustainability of the business and the preservation of the principles and values that guided our operation over 62 years of history.”
As a direct reflection of this growth, Romagnole has been creating numerous job opportunities.
In December, over 100 new job opportunities were opened, encompassing sectors such as production, engineering, information technology, and administration.
In this new year, Romagnole plans to continue hiring new employees to meet the growing demand for its products, further consolidating its presence as a job creator in the region.
