Program Offers Professional Master’s Degree from ITA, Scholarship of R$ 5 Thousand, Hands-On Training at Embraer and Possibility of Hiring After Completion, with Free Registration and Online Selection Process in 2025.

Embraer has opened applications for the Engineering Specialization Program (PEE), a corporate initiative that offers a monthly scholarship of R$ 5,000 and the title of professional master’s degree in aerospace engineering from ITA, recognized by CAPES/MEC.

The process is free and completely online, with applications from July 1 to September 7, 2025, technical exam on October 12, 2025, evaluation phases in November and announcement of successful candidates in December, for the start of activities in February 2026.

What Is the PEE and How Does the Training Work

Created to accelerate the training of new engineering professionals, the PEE combines academic disciplines and practical challenges guided by specialists from Embraer and ITA faculty.

Classes and activities take place at the company’s facilities, on the campus of the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica, in São José dos Campos (SP), and also in a remote format.

Throughout the course, participants apply basic cycle knowledge and specific areas in integrated projects, focusing on product and process development.

In addition to the technical curriculum, the program includes leveling, immersion in organizational culture, and project stages, culminating in the defense of thesis to obtain the title of professional master.

Who Can Apply

Professionals with advanced English and a degree completed between 2023 and 2025 in engineering courses can register.

Degrees in aeronautical or aerospace, environmental, automotive, civil, computing, control and automation, electrical, electronic, energy, physics, manufacturing, maintenance, materials, mechanical, mechatronics, metallurgical, mining, naval, nuclear, oil, production, chemical, robotics, systems, software, telecommunications, and transport are accepted.

The goal is to train engineers capable of working in multidisciplinary contexts, with a solid foundation in fundamentals and logic.

Registrations, Tests, and Selection Stages

Registration is done remotely and requires the submission of a resume and answers to additional questions.

There is an English assessment on an online platform and a technical exam scheduled for October 12, 2025, with multiple-choice questions related to basic engineering cycle subjects.

The technical exam is single and without the possibility of reapplication, and the use of calculators or reference materials is not permitted.

Applicants who advance participate in group dynamics and interviews in November 2025, where academic experience and behavioral alignment with the program’s profile are analyzed.

The final result is expected in December 2025.

For the execution of the stages, a computer with a camera and microphone and a good internet connection are recommended.

The organization also emphasizes that the CPF is mandatory for the technical exam (except for foreigners without the document), and communications mainly occur via email.

Scholarship, Benefits, and Counterparts

During the program, the participant’s status is that of a scholar of the Casimiro Montenegro Filho Foundation, an entity that supports ITA.

The monthly scholarship is R$ 5,000 at the beginning of the training.

According to institutional information, in Phase 3 the scholarship increases to R$ 6,000, in addition to medical and dental insurance, life insurance, and food allowance.

The commitment requires full dedication from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and study discipline outside of hours.

Regarding employment ties, Embraer reports that it does not guarantee job offers at the end of the training.

If there is a job offer, the participant must accept it and maintain a minimum stay of two years with the company.

A refusal in this circumstance implies reimbursement of the amount received as a scholarship, according to the program’s policy.

The same applies to withdrawals before completion: anyone leaving the PEE must proportionally reimburse the investments made until the departure date.

Allocation and Mobility After Completion

If hired, the professional must be available to work at any unit of Embraer or its subsidiaries, according to open positions.

The main plants are located in São José dos Campos, Gavião Peixoto, Taubaté, and Botucatu, in the state of São Paulo, and there are engineering offices in Belo Horizonte (MG) and Florianópolis (SC).

The candidate is advised to consider this condition at the time of enrollment, as it is a requirement for future allocation.

Absurdo nao considerar os interessados ja formados ha mais tempo. Isso é um baita de um seletismo preconceituoso. Tem muito talento por aí a procura de oportunidade.

Esse e um pais maluco só interessa pro dono da Embraer afinal sempre seremos escravos da politica absurda que esta instalada nesse pais desde Colombo não e novidade o ciclo da pobreza do desperdicio do capital humano !!!!!! Redate os pontos principais que o pais enfrenta na pobreza dos processos seletivos demorados !!!!

O Brasil enfrenta numerosos desafios estruturais que impactam diretamente a qualidade e a eficiência dos processos seletivos, refletindo uma realidade marcada por desigualdades históricas e pela lenta modernização administrativa. Um dos principais problemas é a morosidade dos processos, que gera frustração entre os candidatos e afeta a concorrência das instituições públicas e privadas. Essa demora está associada a sistemas burocráticos ultrapassados, falta de investimentos em tecnologia e procedimentos pouco transparentes que favorecem a supervisão de erros e fraudes.

Outro ponto crítico diz respeito à exclusão social e à má distribuição de oportunidades. Muitos processos seletivos não contemplam políticas inclusivas, dificultando o acesso de grupos vulneráveis, como pessoas de baixa renda, negros, indígenas e moradores de áreas remotas. Com isso, o capital humano do país é subaproveitado, perpetuando o ciclo de pobreza e de desigualdade social que já se arrasta desde os tempos coloniais.

Além disso, a pouca valorização do mérito e a interferência política em eleições públicas provocam a nomeação de candidatos que não possuem necessariamente a qualificação adequada para as cargas, contribuindo para a ineficiência administrativa e o desperdício de recursos públicos. Essa prática reforça o sentimento de injustiça e desmotivação entre os trabalhadores competentes, além de capacitar o desenvolvimento socioeconômico do país.

A dimensão econômica também é um fator relevante. Processos seletivos demorados elevam os custos operacionais para empresas e órgãos públicos, impactando quantidades o orçamento e atrasando serviços essenciais à população. Isso gera um ciclo vicioso: a baixa eficiência no recrutamento exige a entrega e a qualidade dos serviços, o que, por sua vez, limita o crescimento e a inovação.

Diante desse cenário, é fundamental implementar reformas que modernizem e agilizem os processos seletivos, incorporando tecnologias digitais, promovendo a transparência e incentivando a diversidade e a inclusão. Também é urgente reforçar as práticas políticas prejudiciais que desvirtuam os princípios do mérito e da eficiência pública. Só assim o Brasil poderá romper com o ciclo de pobreza e desperdício do seu capital humano, construindo uma sociedade mais justa, eficiente e capaz de aproveitar todo o potencial de sua população. Problemas por todo lado não e novidade nenhuma FORA DA REALIDADE BRASILEIRA COMO SEMPRE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
