650 m² of walls erected in a few weeks by a giant printer that deposits concrete layer by layer, Apis Cor’s project in Dubai accelerates structural construction and integrates a plan for 25% of the city’s buildings to use 3D printing by 2030.
The construction will facilitate the integration of services aimed at commerce, tourism, and goods in the State of Minas Gerais.
Innovative Structure with Defined Execution Stages
The building will have nine floors and will be executed in two phases. The planning guarantees organization and clarity in the construction schedule.
The first phase, which includes the first four floors, will be dedicated to commerce. This phase is set to be completed in March 2027.
The second phase will include the remaining five floors, where the headquarters of Fecomércio, Sesc, and Senac will be located.
Thus, the construction, in addition to providing modern infrastructure, will boost the local economy and will also generate new business opportunities for the region.

Leadership Committed to the Future of the Sector
The president of the Fecomércio MG System, Sesc, and Senac, Nadim Donato, signed the contract.
Also participating were the managing partners Ítalo Aurélio Gaetani, from Construtora Castor LTDA., and Rogério Labriola, from Privilège Construtora LTDA.
According to Donato, the initiative is a strategic step to strengthen the entity’s presence in Minas Gerais.
He emphasized: “The construction of this headquarters represents our commitment to evolve. It is an important investment in the future of Minas Gerais entrepreneurs and the quality of services offered”.
This positioning reinforces the importance of the project not only for the federation but also for the entire trade chain in Minas Gerais.
Fecomércio MG as a Pillar of Development
Founded 86 years ago, Fecomércio MG is the main representative entity of goods, services, and tourism trade in Minas Gerais.
The institution represents more than 750 thousand companies and 54 unions. It acts as a spokesperson for business interests across the state.
Furthermore, it manages Sesc and Senac, promoting social, cultural, and educational programs for entrepreneurs, workers, and also the community at large.
Since 2022, under the presidency of Nadim Donato, the federation has expanded its role. It promotes public debates and proposes economic solutions for the sector.
Its actions with the National Confederation of Trade (CNC), led by José Roberto Tadros, strengthen the strategic alignment for the defense of businesses at the national level.
Expected Impacts on the Economy and Society
The new headquarters of Fecomércio MG symbolizes more than a physical space, as it represents direct investment in the Minas Gerais economy and strengthens institutional relationships.
Moreover, the project enhances the business class in Minas Gerais and, consequently, increases the recognition of the sector in the state and national scenarios.
With the centralization of services, entrepreneurs, workers, and society will have easier access to training programs, while at the same time participating in cultural initiatives.
Similarly, there will be specialized technical support that will, therefore, ensure better results for the sector and contribute to regional economic growth.
As a result, this integration will reinforce the federation’s position as a reference in support and innovation and will likewise stimulate sustainable and continuous development in Minas Gerais.
