They will also be responsible for modeling new products and business models, as well as ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards during project execution.

Supervision of the team and promoting a collaborative environment between areas are also among the essential activities of this position.

Among other tasks, the supervisor must analyze competition, promote a strategic vision for products, and develop pricing and launch strategies.

The position also requires negotiation with suppliers and monitoring product performance in the market, using indicators for continuous improvements.
