The microcourse “Application of Data Integrity in Scientific Research” is offered by the Fiocruz Corporate School, in partnership with specialist Guilherme dos Santos Mulé.
With a workload of 10 hours, the course is divided into two modules, combining video lectures, case studies, and interactive activities.
Module 1 covers organizational, operational, and technical controls, including the ALCOA plus principles. Module 2 addresses numbers and statistics on data integrity, concepts of fraud and error, project structure, and practical examples.
The course is recommended for Fiocruz researchers who have completed the introductory microcourse on data integrity.
Participants who complete all activities with a yield of 70% or higher receive a certificate, sent automatically by email.

2. Choose the Desired Course

3. Register or Log In
To proceed with the registration, you need to be logged in:
- If you already have registration in Fiocruz Unique Access or UNA-SUS, just log in using your account.
- If this is your first course, register through one of these platforms (Fiocruz Unique Access or UNA-SUS Access) and then return to log in and complete the registration.
4. Click on “Register”
After logging in, select the desired course and click on the “Register” button or equivalent link available on the course page.
5. Certification
Upon completing the required activities and assessments, your certificate (when available) will be sent by email, usually within 5 business days after approval.
