There Were More Than 15 Presentations About Products, Additive Fuels, Station Image, Premmia and Other Petrobras Programs
Rio de Janeiro, April 12, 2021. An event to exchange experiences, generate business opportunities and signal market trends. This was the Petrobras Station Network Forum, held by BR Distribuidora on April 7 and 8, on a completely online platform for partners and resellers across Brazil. In this edition, BR presented, among other actions, the innovations that will drive the stations, the BR Mania convenience stores, and the Lubrax+ lubrication centers throughout the year.

Digital Transformation is in the DNA of the new BR. In the case of BR Mania, the focus is on bringing cutting-edge technology to the purchase experience at the convenience of the stations. The innovations are already present at the store entrance, with automation in command delivery and flow control, and throughout the consumer’s stay, with orders, tracking, and payments made through an app, both on cell phones and self-service kiosks—avoiding lines.
Due to the pandemic, some processes have been expedited, such as partnerships with delivery apps. According to Nathalia Cid, Executive Manager of Franchises at BR Distribuidora, on average, the revenue growth of BR Mania stores with sales through this type of partnership was almost 40% compared to those that did not adopt the service. This is a surprising increase considering it was a year in which retail as a whole faced a major setback.

To cater to this modern consumer, who increasingly makes purchases digitally, the CEO of BR, Wilson Ferreira Jr., pointed out the existence of opportunities for the company, which must remain present daily in the buying journey, wherever the buyer is, including offering products and services that can be purchased remotely.
In addition to business matters, the CEO emphasized the unity among all who make up the company during an exceptional time for the market. “We have work recognized by the market, our team, our leaders, and employees, a result of restructuring over the past year that has led to positive results, with profit and dividends,” he concluded.
The forum included representatives from nearly the entire BR network. There were five rooms with more than 15 presentations, during which topics were discussed about products such as the additive fuels Etanol Grid and Gasolina Petrobras Grid; the new image of the stations; and the news of Premmia, the loyalty program of Petrobras stations, and Capacidade Máxima, aimed at training professionals involved in reselling and franchises under the brand.
