The Application Engineering Department, part of Fronius’ Perfect Welding unit, has the mission of expanding its role in the field of welding, meeting the specific needs of various industrial sectors. Focusing on areas such as Automotive-Tier1, Yellow Line (including tractors, excavators, cranes), Commercial Transportation (covering road, aviation, maritime, and rail), and General Industry, Fronius seeks to solidify its position as a leader in welding technology innovations.
Advanced Welding Laboratory
Fronius Perfect Welding stands out for its state-of-the-art welding laboratory, which is distinguished by its high customization capability. Equipped with robotic welding cells, automation solutions, and cells for manual welding, the laboratory allows integration with various systems developed by Fronius, offering high-value-added services. These services include research and development of customized solutions, qualification of welding processes, and detailed testing, which encompass everything from the technical evaluation of the material to the analysis of welding parameters.
