The idea behind Reação Offshore is to train specialized labor to enter the job market and contribute to the sector’s development. The oil & gas segment remains strong and increasingly demands professionals for positions that continue to emerge. In addition to technical training, the course will also include socio-emotional classes to develop students’ soft skills.
The course will take place at four Firjan SENAI Units: Benfica (city of Rio), Caxias, Macaé, and Campos de Goytacazes. The curriculum includes technical and socio-emotional classes, which will be conducted in person at the participating locations, from Monday to Saturday, with morning, afternoon, and evening classes for 4 hours.
Classes will start on July 26 and run until November 12, lasting for 16 weeks. During this period, selected students will receive a monthly scholarship of R$ 600. Initially, there will be 190 spots available. Responsible for the professional training component of the Reação Offshore project, Firjan SENAI will provide its professional training methodology and the structure of its involved Units, including both laboratories and instructors.
