Units Will Be Made Possible by the Entities Modality in 23 Municipalities Across 12 States
The Ministry of Cities has published the authorization for the construction of 1,863 housing units through the My House, My Life program, in the Entities modality. This measure benefits low-income families and will be carried out in partnership with nonprofit organizations in various regions of the country.
Housing Will Be Distributed in 12 States
The new phase of the program will encompass 23 municipalities distributed across 12 Brazilian states. According to CBIC, Minas Gerais will receive the highest number of housing units, with 536 authorized units, followed by Paraíba, with 345, and Bahia, with 250. Other states benefiting include Pernambuco, Goiás, Maranhão, Piauí, Rio Grande do Sul, Sergipe, São Paulo, and Tocantins.
Entities Modality Expands Social Reach with Construction in Various States
The Entities modality allows community associations and nonprofit social organizations to propose the construction of housing complexes for families in vulnerable situations. The official authorization was published in Ordinance No. 366, on April 11, 2025, in the Official Gazette. The formalization of contracts will be done through Caixa Econômica Federal, which will be responsible for overseeing the works and releasing the funds.
