In Addition to RLAM in Bahia, Petrobras Received Binding Proposals for the Sale of the Presidente Getúlio Vargas Refinery (REPAR) in Paraná
Petrobras reported in a relevant fact this morning (02/08) that it concluded the negotiation phase with the Mubadala Group as part of the divestment process of the Landulpho Alves Refinery (RLAM) and its associated logistics assets in Bahia. According to Petrobras’ report, Mubadala Capital made the best final offer, valued at US$ 1.65 billion. The signing of the purchase and sale contract is still subject to approval by the competent authorities.
Other Petrobras Divestments Beyond RLAM – Bahia
Petrobras also received binding proposals for the sale of the Presidente Getúlio Vargas Refinery (REPAR) in Paraná but decided to end the process, as the conditions of the proposals submitted fell short of Petrobras’ economic and financial assessment.

- Abreu e Lima Refinery (RNEST), in Pernambuco
- Gabriel Passos Refinery (REGAP), in Minas Gerais
- Lubricants and Derivatives of Oil of the Northeast (LUBNOR), in Ceará
- Shale Industrialization Unit (SIX), in Paraná.
