The Honda XRE 190 Adventure Special Edition 2024 arrives on the market with few technical changes but reinforces its adventurous visual appeal. With new matte green paint and changes in graphics, the model maintains the same efficient mechanical set, ready for urban use and light trails, consolidating itself as one of the most versatile motorcycles in the category.
According to a technical video published on Rodolfo Souza’s channel, the motorcycle is ideal for both everyday use and off-road escapes. It stands out for its reduced weight, good torque at low revs, and a complete digital panel, although it lacks a gear indicator and ABS on the rear wheel.
Flex Engine And Comfortable Cycling
The XRE 190 2024 maintains the OHC single-cylinder engine, 2 valves, with 184.4 cm³ and flex system, generating up to 16.4 hp with ethanol and torque of 1.66 kgfm. The gearbox has 5 gears, and actual fuel consumption varies between 30 and 40 km/l, depending on riding style.

The gear indicator and high beam flasher are missing, as well as a side stand sensor — the motorcycle can be engaged with the side stand down, which poses a risk.
The ergonomics favor urban use and light off-road: comfortable two-level seat, wide handlebar, and riding position that allows standing control. The elevated exhaust, the aluminum passenger grab handle, and the standard luggage rack with a capacity for 7 kg complete the package.
Performance And Real Consumption In Practice
The motorcycle’s performance is surprising, with a maximum speed electronically limited to 136 km/h on the panel. The gears are well spaced: 1st up to 45 km/h, 2nd up to 70 km/h, 3rd up to 91 km/h, 4th up to 114 km/h, and the 5th reaches the maximum limit. Even on inclines, it easily maintains 100 km/h.
The average consumption exceeds 35 km/l at a moderate pace, reaching over 40 km/l with economical riding. The tank has 13.5 liters, with 3.1L reserve, ensuring excellent autonomy.
Price, Warranty And Market
In the Fipe Table, the 2024 Adventure version used costs about R$ 23 thousand. For new, prices start at R$ 20,360 (red or metallic gray) and go up to R$ 20,850 for the matte green edition, excluding freight. At dealerships, prices range between R$ 25 thousand and R$ 25,500.
Honda offers 3 years of warranty, along with the traditional after-sales support and technical assistance that is an important differential in the segment.

The Honda XRE 190 Adventure Special Edition 2024 does not bring mechanical innovations but remains a balanced option for those seeking economy, robustness, and versatility. The new green graphics add more personality to the motorcycle, but the high cost compared to the Bros 160 may be a drawback for those who do not frequently go off-road.
The main negative points continue to be: lack of rear ABS, panel without a gear indicator, and lack of a side stand sensor. However, the good performance, efficient consumption, and adaptable ergonomics continue to make the XRE one of the most respected motorcycles in the category.
