In a strategic move to promote digital inclusion and diversification in the tech sector, Embraer, one of the largest aircraft manufacturers in the world, has just announced a scholarship program offering free online courses. With a total of 165 scholarships available, the initiative aims not only to provide new career opportunities but also to enrich the market with the vast experience and knowledge of these professionals.
The registrations are already open and promise to attract candidates from all regions of Brazil, opening doors to a new phase of learning and growth. Students will be part of Embraer’s talent pool and partner companies in future selection processes.
Embraer Will Provide 165 Scholarships
Embraer will provide 165 exclusive scholarships for professionals aged 50 and over. Interested parties from all regions of Brazil can apply. According to the multinational company, of the 165 scholarships offered, 100 will be allocated to the general public and the remaining 65 directed to Embraer employees.

In addition to age, the selection will consider aspects related to gender, race, disabilities, and sexual orientation, aiming to increase diversity in the tech sector.
Free Course Offered by Embraer
The course, with a workload of 240 hours, will be held in live classes from Monday to Friday, from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM. During the program, students will learn to work with data and low-code platforms, as well as gain knowledge in the Python programming language.
With three editions completed, the Embraer Social Tech Careers program has already trained over 1,400 professionals, focusing on underrepresented groups such as people with disabilities, Black/Brown individuals, and women. After completing the course, all participants will join Embraer’s talent pool and partner companies, facilitating access to new job opportunities.
The results of the selection process will be announced at the end of the month. The training, which will be entirely online, starts on September 30 and will last for 12 weeks.
