Free Qualification Courses: A Unique Opportunity
These courses are part of the IPÊ Program (Integration and Training for Popular and Solidarity Economy), which aims to train citizens to promote cooperatives and solidarity economy enterprises.
This initiative aims to enhance community actions by supporting cooperatives and small businesses that seek collective well-being and local economic development.
Solidarity Cooperative Development Agent
The Solidarity Cooperative Development Agent course focuses on training students to plan, execute, and assist in the management of solidarity cooperatives.
During the training, participants will learn about community mobilization, strengthening solidarity economy networks, and values like citizenship, ethics, human rights, and sustainability.
Graduates will be prepared to work in the creation and management of cooperatives, solidarity groups, and collective actions that seek sustainable results for the community.
The initiative has great potential to strengthen the local economy, creating economic alternatives that involve the entire population, especially in contexts of social vulnerability.
Management of Solidarity Economic Enterprises
The Management of Solidarity Economic Enterprises course aims to train managers of small solidarity businesses, focusing on the efficient administration of micro and small businesses that operate within the logic of the solidarity economy.
Students will have access to content on finance, marketing, human resource management, innovation, and public policies.
Throughout the course, best practices for strengthening solidarity businesses will be covered, always seeking the economic and social sustainability of these initiatives.
The knowledge acquired will help future managers implement self-management strategies and lead their businesses in a way that benefits all involved.
Open Spots and Social Inclusion
To ensure broad access to these opportunities, IFSP offers reserved spots for different social groups.
The announcement provides for:
- 10% of spots for people with disabilities.
- 20% for women.
- 20% for candidates from black, brown, indigenous, and quilombola ethnicities (PPIQ).
- 5% for trans and transgender individuals.

These reservations aim to promote social inclusion and ensure that more people have access to professional qualification, regardless of their origin or social condition.
