The Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo (IFSP) – Capivari Campus, is currently accepting enrollments for the Administrative Assistant extension course, according to Notice No. 23/2025 – DRG/CPV/IFSP. The free course is offered online (EAD) and has 400 spots available, making it an excellent opportunity for professional development.
The course aims to train students and professionals in the administrative field, providing essential knowledge for performing management and administration tasks. Over 17 weeks, students will have access to recorded classes, allowing flexibility in learning. The content includes topics on organizational management, administrative strategies, and corporate environment analysis, with a total workload of 400 hours.

Selection Process
The selection for the free online course (EAD) will be done on a first-come, first-served basis, as long as the candidate meets the required prerequisites. The spots will respect the division between general competition and reserved quotas. If the reserved spots are not filled, they will be reallocated to general competition. A waiting list will be created with 20% of the number of spots, allowing additional calls in case of cancellations.
Enrollment Requirements
To participate, it is necessary to have completed high school and possess basic knowledge of computers and the internet. Enrollments are free and conducted exclusively online through the Federal Institute’s website. For candidates with disabilities, an updated medical report will be required.
