Klabin Has Dozens of Openings in Its Young Apprentice Program. Participants Will Receive a Salary and a Qualification Course from Senai.
In the Young Apprentice Program, young people in the country have the chance to gain their first professional experience and, best of all, a completely free professional qualification course focused on the company’s sector. Aiming to create new opportunities, Klabin has 40 openings in its program. The company’s Young Apprentice program is geared towards the mechanical sector in Paraná and a course will be offered in partnership with Senai.
Requirements to Participate in Klabin’s Young Apprentice Program
The company’s program will last a total of two years, and those approved for the positions will develop the skills and competencies to work as an assistant in the mechanical maintenance sector.
The Young Apprentice hired by Klabin will also be entitled to various benefits, including training courses provided in partnership with Senai. The openings are aimed at young people residing in three cities in the state of Paraná.

In the Young Apprentice program, the teachings from Senai and Klabin always occur in a practical and theoretical manner, with the first part of the program developed by the National Service for Industrial Training, responsible for the certification in Mechanical Technician, and the second part taking place within the company itself.
Thus, those approved in the Young Apprentice program will undergo a more effective learning process, contributing to their performance within the company and in other positions they may hold in the future. In total, 40 openings are available for young people aged between 18 and 24 years.
To participate, the candidate must complete the entire program before reaching the maximum age. It is also necessary for interested candidates in the Klabin Young Apprentice Program to have completed high school, be available to work during business hours, and reside in Ortigueira, Telêmaco Borba, or Imbaú.
Applications Can Be Made Until July 25
The selection process will take place throughout the month of July, and the company has stated that it is seeking a diverse team, so all candidates who meet the requirements will be accepted into the selection process, regardless of gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, marital status, age, sexual orientation, or disability of any kind.
