After this phase, bids will be classified on November 5th, at 9 am, and from 10 am it will be possible to compete openly for the lots, in an electronic auction that will allow new offers to the public.
Interested parties must pay attention to the following steps to participate:
- Proposal Stage: It is necessary to access the Federal Revenue's electronic system through the Virtual Taxpayer Service Center (e-CAC) and register the value proposal.
- Bidding Stage: After classification, anyone who has made a bid that is at least 10% below the highest value offered may continue participating, offering new bids to win the lot.
Available Products and Main Highlights – Cheap iPhones
The auction has 129 lots in total, and there are options for different needs and interests. Below, see some of the main lots:

Conditions for participation in the Revenue Auction
Individuals
To participate, the person must:
- Be over 18 years old or emancipated;
- Be registered with the CPF;
- Have a Silver or Gold trust seal in the government's digital identity system.
Legal entities
Companies can also participate, as long as:
- Have regular registration with the CNPJ;
- The company manager or his/her attorney has a Silver or Gold reliability seal in the federal government system.
How to Bid
To place a bid, interested parties must access the specific notice, identified by the code 0800100/000005/2024. The process includes:
- Access the Electronic Auction System via e-CAC during the bidding period;
- Select the notice and the desired lot;
- Agree to the terms and enter the proposed value, respecting the minimum value defined for the lot.
Proposals can be modified or even deleted during the registration period, which offers flexibility to adjust values according to each participant's strategy.
Important rules
The Federal Revenue Service warns that, once the lot has been auctioned, the buyer cannot cancel the purchase and is responsible for making the payment. In case of default, there are penalties.
Goods acquired by individuals, for example, cannot be resold, and some restrictions also apply to lots acquired by companies.
Withdrawal Deadline
Auction winners will have up to 30 days to collect the items they have won. The Federal Revenue Service is not responsible for the delivery of the products, so the collection must be organized by the buyer.
