The Casa Paulista Fair offers an opportunity for low-income families looking to buy their first property in São Paulo. The initiative provides more than R$ 6.8 million in subsidies, with services available in ten regions until July 13.
Credit letters reach 30 municipalities
1,450 real estate credit letters will be offered. The amounts range from R$ 10,000 to R$ 16,000, according to the Casa Paulista program rules, in the Real Estate Credit Letter modality.
The properties are from developments by the construction companies Mello, BRZ, LRG, Vitta, VIC, BRNPar, Ecovita, Tenda, and Crinale. The initiative covers 30 municipalities, with points in Araçatuba, Bauru, Campinas, Franca, Marília, Ribeirão Preto, Rio Preto, Sorocaba, Central, and Metropolitan areas.

Who can participate in the Casa Paulista Fair
To access the benefit, the family must have an income of up to three minimum wages, not own a property, not have an active real estate loan, and not have received a previous benefit.
During the fair, construction companies can offer developments registered in Casa Paulista and new projects that meet the criteria. All must be contracted with Caixa Econômica Federal, with financing through FGTS.
After the closure, companies will have up to five business days to send a report to SDUH with the families served and units sold. In non-registered developments, issuance may occur up to ten business days after regularization.
Since the beginning of the administration, Casa Paulista has delivered 51,200 homes in the CCI modality, with an investment of R$ 625.7 million. Another 65,500 properties are in production, with state investment of R$ 834.6 million.
