China Begins Exports of Electric Concrete Mixers Equipped with 350 kWh Battery and 150 km Range, ushering in a New Era for Transportation in the Construction Sector
Sany Heavy Industry, one of the largest Chinese construction machinery companies, has taken an important step towards the internationalization of its products. Recently, the company officially announced the start of global exports of its four-axle electric concrete mixer truck, known as the “E-mixer“.
Singapore was the first market to receive this innovative technology, marking a new phase in the brand’s expansion into the global electric heavy truck market.
This debut was made possible thanks to a partnership with Pan-United Corp., a ready-mixed concrete company aiming to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.

The “E-mixer” will be a key component in Pan-United’s decarbonization strategy, helping to reduce the carbon footprint of concrete transportation by 45%, compared to traditional combustion engine trucks and construction machinery.
Main Features of the Electric Concrete Mixer Truck “E-mixer”

The “E-mixer” concrete mixer truck from Sany is designed to deliver high energy efficiency and robust performance.
Available in 6×4 and 8×4 axle configurations, the vehicle features a powerful 350 kWh battery, allowing it to transport up to 10 cubic meters of concrete over a distance of up to 150 km on a single charge.
Additionally, the full battery recharge time is only two hours, making the truck an agile solution for the construction sector.
One of the highlights of the “E-mixer” is its ability to tackle grades of up to 30% when fully loaded, thanks to its 6-speed gearbox and strong torque multiplication. This makes it ideal for navigating challenging terrains without compromising efficiency.
Sustainability and the Future of Pan-United’s Fleets

Ken Loh, CEO of Pan-United, highlighted that the company plans to expand its fleet of electric concrete mixer trucks in the coming years as part of its efforts to reduce carbon emissions.
He emphasized that Pan-United is constantly exploring new sustainable solutions, such as the use of alternative fuels and electric generators.
The company believes that the “E-mixer” will be an essential tool to accelerate the global climate transition and promote a greener future in the construction sector.
The launch of the “E-mixer” in Singapore is just the beginning. Sany hopes this initial success will open doors to new markets, consolidating its position as a global leader in the electric heavy truck segment and reaffirming its commitment to innovation and sustainability.
