Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; Specialization in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management is required; Experience in mining, steelmaking, large industry, or logistics companies; Experience in supply chain management, inventory, and material management; Mobility to work in Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo is essential.

Corporate Education Analyst Mid-level

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Engineering, or related fields; Solid experience in Corporate Education, especially in the development of training projects; Availability to work in a hybrid regime in Mariana, Minas Gerais.

Senior Project Engineer – Geotechnical

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Specialization in Geotechnics; Active CREA; Up-to-date knowledge of current regulations, especially regarding dams and slopes; Knowledge of basins, heaps, slopes, and dams; industrial drainage from mines, effluent treatment systems, handling of water and solids; Experience with fieldwork and preliminary risk analysis.

Maintenance Mechanic – Affirmative Action Position for Women

Experience in mining or steelmaking industries as a maintenance mechanic and/or in the role of planner or maintenance scheduler; Technical degree in Mechanics; Registration with the regional technical council; Ability to read and interpret drawings.

Internship Program

Bachelor’s degree courses – Enrolled from the 3rd semester / Technical level courses – Enrolled from the 1st module; Availability to intern for at least 1 year.
