Who Can Enroll?
The company is looking for people genuinely eager to build a career in railway operations. To participate, you must:
- Be over 18 years old;
- Have completed high school;
- Be fully available between 09/22 and 12/19 for online and in-person classes;
- Reside in one of the 60 eligible cities in the states of São Paulo, Minas Gerais, or Rio de Janeiro (full list on the MRS website);
- Be willing to stay up to 5 weeks in Conselheiro Lafaiete/Minas Gerais.
All costs are covered by the company — that’s right, you pay nothing to qualify. MRS wants to train true professionals, ready to work in train maneuvers and support locomotives, always with a focus on safety, communication, and teamwork.

- Psychological evaluation and fitness exam;
- Enrollment in the course — eliminatory phase.
