If You Are Looking for Your First Job Opportunity to Work in the Railway or Want to Reenter the Market, the Chance That Can Change Your Future Has Arrived!

MRS Logística, One of the Largest Railway Operators in Brazil, has opened registrations for the Railway Operations Program 2025, featuring a free course, financial assistance, and direct access to future opportunities in the company.

The program offers free training from SENAI, focusing on the qualification of shunters and locomotive assistants. And more: participants receive monthly financial aid of R$ 1,518, along with accommodation, meals, and transportation covered during the in-person phase in Conselheiro Lafaiete (Minas Gerais).

Want to Enter the Railway World on the Right Foot? This is the Gateway!

Over three months, the selected candidates will participate in a course divided into two phases: online and in-person, starting on September 22. The company requires commitment but offers a structure: no expenses for travel, accommodation, or food during the in-person phase.

“This is your chance to start from scratch, at no cost, with everything paid — and you will even be paid to study,” emphasizes the MRS team. At the end of the course, those who are approved automatically enter the company’s talent pool for two years, being called as new positions open.

Who Can Enroll?

The company is looking for people genuinely eager to build a career in railway operations. To participate, you must:

  • Be over 18 years old;
  • Have completed high school;
  • Be fully available between 09/22 and 12/19 for online and in-person classes;
  • Reside in one of the 60 eligible cities in the states of São Paulo, Minas Gerais, or Rio de Janeiro (full list on the MRS website);
  • Be willing to stay up to 5 weeks in Conselheiro Lafaiete/Minas Gerais.

All costs are covered by the company — that’s right, you pay nothing to qualify. MRS wants to train true professionals, ready to work in train maneuvers and support locomotives, always with a focus on safety, communication, and teamwork.

Steps of the Process: Simple, Direct, and Supportive

The selection process is divided into five steps:

  • Online registration with tests;
  • Confirmation of information via WhatsApp;
  • In-person interview at MRS yards;
  • Psychological evaluation and fitness exam;
  • Enrollment in the course — eliminatory phase.

Each step is designed to identify individuals truly committed and ready for the challenge of working in the railway industry.

A Company That Connects Brazil and Values People

MRS Logística is not just a leader in railway transportation. The company has over 1,600 km of tracks, connects ports and industrial hubs, and moves millions of tons per year. More than an operator, it is a platform for logistical transformation — and now, it wants to transform your career as well.

If you want to work in a dynamic environment, outdoors, with purpose and stability, this is your chance to enter the railway sector with a heavyweight partner.

Registrations until 08/04/2025

Scholarship: R$ 1,518 + transportation + accommodation + meals

In-person Course: Conselheiro Lafaiete (MG)
