Service providers will be responsible for the following activities:

Interior Painting: primer, joint compound, and latex paint (1 and 2 coats).
Exterior Painting: treatment of the moldings, primer, and texture.
Ceramic Coating: dry and wet areas, baseboards, thresholds, and strips.
Electrical Installation: electrical harness in cast-in-place concrete walls and conventional enclosure of the electrical system.
Cold Water Installation: risers, branches, water meters, casing for PEX kit.
Sewer Installation: risers, spiders, and finishes.
Gypsum: removable gypsum ceiling with gyprex panel, planks, and drywall, and pre-molded and drywall cornices.

Documentation: Safety programs (PCMSO, PCMAT, PRRA) exclusive to the site, ASO in the state of Rio de Janeiro, employees under CLT regime with proven experience and additional documentation to be verified at the time of hiring.
