The multinational Bayer has hundreds of job openings available in its new selection process focusing on candidates from seven states in the country. The company offers positions without experience in three areas: agricultural, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods, and students from all educational backgrounds can apply. The stipend may reach R$ 2,400, depending on the area and workload.
Which Students Can Compete for the Job Openings at Bayer?
Bayer has 3 types of opportunities for their careers. The first is for Undergraduate, where they seek candidates pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from the third semester of their program or from the first semester of the technological course.
In this case, before applying, it is necessary to check if the University allows the internship from the first semester of the course. It is also required to have at least 1 year available for the internship and to be available to intern 30 hours per week.

They should also have availability for 5 months to 1 year for the internship and be available to intern 40 hours per week in the desired location.
Finally, for Technical, Bayer has positions without experience for students in technical education who are enrolled in or have a connection with the technical school and have availability for an internship of 1 to 2 years and are available to intern 30 hours a week.

The candidates approved for the higher education job openings will receive a stipend of R$ 2,100, while for agricultural undergraduates, the stipend is R$ 2,400, and finally, for technical internships, the stipend is R$ 1,200.
In addition to a stipend, Bayer also offers successful candidates for the positions without experience medical assistance, psychological assistance, dental assistance, legal and financial assistance, health and wellness coaching, medication subsidies, among others.
