The duration of Oceaneering’s offshore BOP contract with Petrobras is one year with the option to extend for another year. The scope of work includes real-time riser data acquisition and analysis for dynamic positioning offshore platform operations for up to seven wells in water depths between 150 and 700 m.
A supply vessel equipped with anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) will launch and install suction piles and tensioners. The drilling platform will be used to connect the tensioners to the BOP.
