In the 2021 program, the company will select 13 candidates to work in Brazil on the sales, marketing and supply services (logistics) fronts of Reckitt Hygiene Comercial Brasil.

The objective is that in 18 months the program will form the new generation of company leaders. After the end of the program, the trainees will become junior managers and will begin to prepare for becoming general managers in the future.

Requirements:

• Training year: Dec/2017 to Dec/2020;
• Technologist, Bachelor or Degree;
• Availability and flexibility for constant travel;
• Availability to reside in São Paulo and/or other states;
• Alignment with the culture of the Reckitt Group;
• Desirable English.

During 18 months, you will know and work in the areas of sales, marketing and supply services; participate in cross-functional projects and interact with company leadership.
