In the 2021 program, the company will select 13 candidates to work in Brazil in the sales, marketing, and supply services (logistics) areas of Reckitt Hygiene Commercial Brazil.

The goal is to train the new generation of company leaders in 18 months. After the program ends, trainees will become junior managers and begin preparing to, in the future, become general managers.

Requirements:

• Graduation Year: Dec/2017 To Dec/2020;
• Technologist, Bachelor’s Or Licentiate;
• Availability And Flexibility For Constant Travel;
• Willingness To Reside In São Paulo And/or Other States;
• Alignment With The Culture Of The Reckitt Group;
• Desirable English.

During 18 months, you will get to know and work in the areas of sales, marketing, and supply services; participate in cross-functional projects and interact with the company leadership.
